Allison Pippin

Allison Pippin

Chair of Women in Business

WaFd Bank

Allison Pippin serves as Chair of Women in Business for the Murray Area Chamber. Originally from Central Louisiana, she carries with her a strong commitment to community, collaboration, and resilience. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in IT Management at Western Governors University, and previously earned her Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from Front Range Community College. Her experience advancing from Loan Specialist to Loan Operations Manager at Zions Bank corporation taught her to lead with empathy, structure, and a people-first mindset. In her role today, Allison mentors staff, builds strong client relationships, and contributes to the financial well-being of individuals and businesses in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with family, exploring Utah's outdoors, and finding creativity and calm in the kitchen.

Ben McGarry

General Manager

Ben, a Utah native, brings more than 18 years of experience in business management and leadership, with a strong foundation in human resources and a growing focus as an entrepreneur. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about developing both individual contributors and high-performing teams helping people discover their strengths and reach their potential. Currently, Ben oversees the operations of his facility while preparing to transition daily management to his nursing manager. An avid outdoorsman and lifelong sports enthusiast, Ben embraces any adventure that takes him outside. He also enjoys quieter moments, movie nights at home, a good book, or singing for pure enjoyment.

Carlos Robles, originally from Mexico, is a dedicated Total Wellness Coach focused on improving health and well-being for individuals and workplaces. Educated in Mexico, he combines a strong knowledge of holistic health with a passion for helping others. Carlos works one-on-one with clients and leads corporate wellness programs that enhance employee benefits and build healthier work environments. Outside of coaching, Carlos enjoys connecting with diverse communities and sharing strategies that inspire long-term wellness.

Carole Peyus loves meeting and getting to know new people. Her position as a Customer Service and Sales Representative in the branding and promotional industry gives her the opportunity to do just that. She has been in the industry since 2017 and has been with JC Pro since the summer of 2023. They do it all—from pens to vehicle wraps and everything in between. Carole enjoys helping others find the items that will provide the best return on their investment while effectively sharing their brand. Carole appreciates the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador for the Murray Chamber of Commerce. Her best times are spent with her favorite people—her kids, bonus kids, grandkids, siblings, and nieces and nephews. Outside of work, she loves attending community theater, gardening, and spending time with family.

Most business owners know their team could be doing more to grow revenue. They just don't have a system that makes it happen consistently. Casey Fitts does. Casey is a Certified OutGrow Advisor and founder of Remedy, based in Murray, Utah. He works with business owners who are ready to move from unpredictable revenue to predictable growth by installing the daily behaviors, accountability structures, and mindset shifts that turn good teams into great ones. He doesn't just teach the system. He runs his own business on it. Before founding Remedy, Casey spent decades building and leading businesses, including serving as CEO of a nationwide wholesale distribution company. He has lived the frustration of watching a talented team underperform not because of effort or attitude, but because no one had ever given them a repeatable system to follow. That experience is what drew him to OutGrow and what makes him effective at bringing it to life for others. Casey has called Murray home for the past ten years, where he lives with his wife, Becca, and their five children. He is active in the community and genuinely loves the neighborhood feel that Murray has held onto. To him, Murray isn't just where his business is located. It's where he belongs.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, he spends most of his workday on the phone, attending to clients' questions and needs. Outside of work, Charles treasures time with his family and loved ones.

Clark Bullen currently serves as a key leader, where he trains Account Managers and helps resolve complex client issues. Born in Utah and raised primarily in Michigan, Clark returned to his home state after earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. Passionate about civic participation and community advocacy, he enjoys fostering connections that strengthen both local businesses and the Murray community. Outside of work, Clark loves the theater and is a basketball enthusiast.

Danielle values long-term client relationships and enjoys Utah’s outdoors, spending time hiking, biking, fishing, and camping with her family.

Mike Roe has been a proud resident of Murray City for 53 years. A dedicated public servant, he began his career as a Murray City Police Cadet before joining the West Valley City Police Department, where he served honorably until his retirement in 2024. In addition to his law enforcement career, Mike has worked in the financial services industry since 2001, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial futures. Mike and his wife, Jennifer, are the proud parents of six adult children, four sons-in-law, four grandsons, and their dog, Toby. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found outdoors, embracing every opportunity to play, explore, and create lasting memories with his children and grandchildren.

Outside of her Chamber work, she homeschools her three children, enjoys gardening, and spends time in nature. Seth brings a practical perspective shaped by his years of running his own insurance agency, which was later acquired. Having been a business owner himself, he knows the pressures leaders face and approaches every conversation with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to adding real value. Outside of work, Seth is driven by adventure and personal growth, he is currently working towards his Private Pilot License. His dedication to continuous learning and pushing boundaries reflects the same energy he brings to supporting his clients.

Valerie Kimble is a financial coach dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve lasting financial freedom. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Valerie earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from LaGrange College. Her passion for financial education began in 2010 after completing Dave Ramsey's Counselor Training Program, which inspired her to teach Financial Peace courses in her church community. In 2023, Valerie launched her own financial coaching business, where she provides personalized guidance in income protection, debt reduction, retirement planning, and educational planning. Licensed in multiple states, she is committed to helping clients not only manage their money but also understand how it works. A mother of two sons, Valerie combines professional expertise with a genuine desire to serve, equipping others to build stronger financial futures.
